SHIPPING
Lead times
Ready to ship items will typically ship within 2-3 business days of your order. Custom made, and customized items will have a longer lead time. We will contact you with a lead time estimation for custom orders. Lead times do not include time in transit.
Be sure to consider shipping time frames when ordering for a date specific event or holiday.
Shipping
Orders are only shipped on business days, which are Monday - Friday, and exclude US public holidays.
Our normal carrier service is USPS. If you prefer another shipping method, please send us a message for a shipping quote.
Rebel Leather cannot be held responsible for delivery issues (including delivery to the wrong address, lost/stolen in transit, or delayed by 3rd party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc.)
Tracking orders
You will receive a tracking email when your order is shipped. Please check your email for a tracking link.
International Shipping
International shipping times may vary due to customs. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned items. All international orders are shipped at your own risk. Rebel Leather is not responsible for any customs or import fees or taxes.
RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
You are eligible to request a return for up to seven (7) days after your order is delivered. Items must be in new/unused condition and still in their original packaging.
To request a return authorization, please complete the contact page or email us at orders@rebelleathergoods.com. Any items sent back without a return authorization will not be accepted.
Once pre-authorized returns are received and inspected, we will contact you to let you know if your return was approved or not. Once a return is approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days. We do not refund the cost of shipping, so the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Damage / Issues
If you receive your order damaged or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately using the contact page or email us at orders@rebelleathergoods.com so that we can do everything in our power to fix the situation.
Exceptions
We do not accept any returns on custom, customized, limited run, or clearance items.
We do not accept any returns for international orders.
All gift card sales are final and cannot be returned/refunded.
